Dan Park

Dan has been in real estate since the beginning of 2003 and has had great success working with many wonderful clients. In his first year Dan received the award for Rookie of the Year. Since this time, he has always been a top producing agent. With the market and industry always changing, he continues to research and improve his knowledge in his profession by taking continuing education courses and earning designations, most recently the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), so he can provide you with the highest professionalism he feels you deserve.

Dan has lived in Colorado since he was six. Dan is a big sports fan of all the Denver teams and plays league football, basketball, softball and baseball. He also really loves to play golf. Dan loves spending time with his wife, Shelli, and their two children, Aubrey and Tyler. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and taking advantage of all the great outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, including camping and fishing.

My list of achievements begins with being a mom of 3 bright healthy boys, 11 years of successfully owning, teaching, and operating a preschool in the Castle Rock community, and for the past 5 years as an accomplished, Top Producing Broker Associate for Keller Williams Real Estate! (the running is just a hobby)

With my experience as being a mother, teacher, and business owner I'm able to interface with people on many different levels allowing me the ability to relate to peoples needs and sell homes. I love to creative problem solve, and have the tenacity and diligence to make it to the finish line.

Ryan Mutschelknaus

Ryan began his career in Real Estate in 2005, and got off to a great start receiving the "Rookie of the Year Award". Prior to real estate, he graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in Marketing in May of 2000. Upon graduation Ryan moved to Denver and worked for US Home/Lennar as a Senior Construction Manager for over 5 years. In June of 2007 he helped form a team "The KW All-stars", with two other very successful agents (Dan and Lori).

Ryan has worked with many first time home buyer's and seller's as well as veterans to the real estate process. He also works closely with several investors, helping them with whatever needs they may have, such as locating, acquiring, fixing, renting, and selling their investments. Ryan also has experience with basement finishes, and remodel jobs, which have come in handy for his client's, and his own personal investments.

With Ryan's experience in home building/construction, experience in real estate, experience in investing, the experience of his team, and the experience of over 390 agents in the Keller Williams Park Meadows office, Ryan can successfully help sellers and buyers achieve their goals in real estate.
