	Ed Halpin Ray, I wanted to let you know what a fantastic job one of your Agents did for us in purchasing our new home here in Castle Rock. Lori Albershardt was great to work with throughout the entire process. We purchased a home that was in forclosure (1668 Marsh Hawk Circle, over in the Red Hawk subdivision in Castle Rock). We were new to the process, having only purchased previous properties through the conventional channels, and were easily frustrated with the continual delays that tend to accompany these types of buys. Lori was professional with us, keeping us up on everything that was going on, negotiating, and re-negotiating with the selling Agents on the property to get us the best possible deal. In the end, Lori actually conceded a portion of her sales commission in order for the deal to be acceptable to the selling bank.
